Lavigated (Washed) Kaolin

Kaolin levigated by wet processing in order to reduce or remove impurities and enhance certain physical properties such as brightness, whiteness, after firing L-Value, reducing silica contain for make it suitable for major application which is Ceramics like GVT, Vitrified and Double Charge tiles, for Glaze of sanitary products, Fiber glass, Rubber, Plastic also.

Hydrous Kaolin

Hydrous kaolin has finer particle size. It has a plate-like or lamellar particle shape and chemical inertness. Hydrous kaolin is versatile as it can be used for various purposes, including paper, rubber, inks, paints,  adhesives, plastics, and cable.

Spray Dried Kaolin

Spray dried china clay is widely used in paints, coating on paper Electro Ceramic Industries and mechanical rubber goods.

Calcined Kaolin

China clay kaolin undergoes transformation on application of heat and pressure. Dehydration occurs at around 550oC – 600oC. Hydrous China Clay Kaolin looses it water of hydration to form calcined china clay kaolin. This process increases whiteness, hardness and alters size and shape of particles. It enhances mechanical strength and it becomes quite impactful. It can be used in paper, rubber, inks, paints,  adhesives, plastics, and cable.

Meta Kaolin

Metakaolin is one type of calcined clay and it comes from the calcination of Kaolin clay, and there have been some interests in the use of Metakaolin in recent years. Metakaolin is a pozzolanicadditive / product which can provide many specific features. Metakaolin is a valuable admixture for concrete and/or cement applications usually 8% – 20% (by weight) of Portland cement.
